Welcome to EuroHeartCare 2015 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The congress is the annual meeting of the ESC Council on Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professionals (CCNAP) and is held in collaboration with the Croatian Association of Cardiology Nurses.
This year the congress theme will be: ‘Guidelines: Care to Implement’. EuroHeartCare 2015 is THE European event for members of the Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professions communities to connect and exchange key scientific knowledge and updates.
The two day congress will be attended by over five hundred health care professionals, from over 40 countries. There will be sixteen scientific sessions running in two parallel lecture rooms. Over two hundred abstracts will be submitted, a selection of which will be shown at the congress.
The Congress Programme Committee has agreed on a broad topic list to be presented at EuroHeartCare 2015.
For EuroHeartCare 2015 we invited delegates to submit Abstracts and Clinical Cases. The congress is an excellent place to get your work noticed, network and exchange knowledge.
Abstract submission is now closed.
Abstract results will be published online in January 2015.
